摘　　要：目的建立复方大青叶注射液中绿原酸含量的HPLC测定法.方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13∶87),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为327 nm.结果线性范围:0.02～0.7 mg/mL(r=0.999 9).精密度:RSD为0.21%(n=5)平均回收率为99.6%.结论试验表明,该方法简便,快速,结果准确,重现性好.Objective To develop a method for determination content of Chlorgenic acid in injection of Folium isatidis mixture by HPLC. Method HPLC was used with C18 column,acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid（13 ： 87） as mobil phase and detection wavelength was 327 nm,. flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 Result The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.02-0.7 mg · mL^-1 （r=0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 99.6 %, RSD was 0. 21% （n=5）. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid ,accurate and can be used for the control quality of injection of Folium isatidis mixture.
