摘　　要：应用模糊数学方法建立了住宅建筑设计方案模糊综合评价系统,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定了指标权重,建立模糊综合评价的多级模型,并在二级综合评判时引入一种新的评价方法,从而使模糊综合评价更具客观性。In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for domestic building design has been established by means of fuzzy mathematics, the index weight of the assessment have been determined by applying analytic hierarchy process（AHP） method ,during general decision of two grades, I introduce a new evaluation method, then applied to evaluation systems with fuzzy set theory（ESFST） to establish the multistage model, so that the ESFST can be more objective.
