摘　　要：论述了政府在大学技术转移中的定位和作用,提出了政府在大学技术转移过程中应承担引导者、支持者、协调者、促进者、保护者的角色,只有这样才能使高校技术转移顺利进行。This paper discusses on the role-positioning and functions of the government in university＇s technology transformation, and points out that the government should play the roles of the leader, supporter, coordinator, promoter and protector for the purpose of making the technology transformation of the university go smoothly.
