摘　　要：介绍了以大同煤为原料的水煤气型两段炉的开车实践,在对开车过程中炉料的准备、点火以及各主要工艺设备的烘干等操作进行论述的基础上,分析了开车操作过程易出现的问题,并介绍了解决这些问题的方法。This paper introduces the power-on practice of the two-stage water-gas generator taking the Datong coal as the raw material, discussion on the preparation of the charging materials, combustion initiation, drying of each main equipment and other operations in the power-on course, analyzes on the problems easily occurring in the power-on operations, and introduces some methods for solving these problems.
