摘　　要：指出系统、正确、深刻地认识人性假设及其管理理论,并将其恰当地运用到图书馆管理中,是成功管理的关键因素之一。通过对中外几种比较有名的人性假设的比较,阐述了人性假设理论在图书馆管理中的应用问题。This paper points out that it is one of the key factors of the successful management to recognize the humanity hypothesis systematically, accurately and profoundly, and through the comparison of several humanity hypotheses that are more famous at home and abroad, expounds the application of humanity hypothesis in the management of library.
