摘　　要：人民币的升值将会抑制国内需求,削弱矿酸肥产业的竞争优势,文中试图从人民币升值的影响出发,提出硫铁矿企业的应对之策。The Renminbin （RMB） appreciation will restrain domestic demand and cut down competition advantage of mine, acid and fertilizer industries. From the point of view of infuence of RMB appreciation, the relative countermeasures for pyrite mine enterprises are put forward.
