摘  要:考查了丁铵黑药为捕收剂时,磁黄铁矿、脆硫锑铅矿和铁闪锌矿的浮选行为。发现磁黄铁矿和脆硫锑铅矿在pH<10范围内均有较好的可浮性,当pH>10后,回收率开始下降。铁闪锌矿只有在酸性条件下才可有很好的可浮性,当pH>5以后,浮选回收率急剧下降而不可浮。通过用氧化剂过硫酸铵,还原剂硫代硫酸钠调节矿浆电位,考查了磁黄铁矿、脆硫锑铅矿和铁闪锌矿在不同pH值下,可浮性与矿浆电位的关系,得出了矿物可浮的电位-pH区间。研究表明,三种硫化矿存在可分离电位区间。The flotation behavior of pyrrhotite, jamesonite and marmatite was investigated when ammonium dibuyldithiophosphate (ADDP) was used as a collector. It is shown that pyrrhotite and jamesonite had good floatability at pH〈10. The recovery began to reduce at pH〉 10. Marmatite exhibited good floatability only under acid conditions and its recovery decreased suddenly at ph〉5. The oxidant ammonium persulfate and the reductant sodium thiosulfate were used to adjust pulp potential. It studied the relationship between floatability and pulp potential of the pyrrhotite, jamesonite and marmatite under different pH values, and the potential-pH range for these minerals was established. The research results show that these minerals have potentical ranges suitable for separation.
