血管内激光光凝治疗大隐静脉曲张的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨激光光凝治疗大隐静脉曲张的术前术后护理措施及临床意义。方法对148例大隐静脉曲张患者行血管内激光光凝治疗,并在术前,术后进行相应的护理。结果148例患者中仅1例出现切口渗血,1例切口延迟愈合,其余患者均顺利痊愈。结论激光光凝治疗大隐静脉曲张,术前术后细致、周到的护理是患者安全、顺利康复和缩短病程的重要保证。Objective： To investigate the nursing care before and after laser photocoagulafion to treat varicosis of great saphenous vein. Methods ：Totally 148 cases with varicosis of great saphenous vein were performed suitable nursing before and after intravenous photo- coagulation. Results Among 148 cases, one patient had bled from the operating incision and other one＇s incision healed retardly, the rest healed smoothly. Conclusions ：Before and after laser photocoagulation of treating varicosis of great saphenous vein,it is very important for patients to receive particular and considerable nursing care in order to get safe and smooth recovery and shorten the disease progress.
