摘　　要：本文简要阐述了增加福建农业科技投资的重要性,对福建农业科技投资稳定性和效益性进行了评价,分析了影响福建农业科技投资的因素,构建了福建农业科技投资新机制,提出了保持福建农业科技投资稳定增长并充分挖掘投资效益的若干政策建议。In this article, the importance of increasing agricultural science and technology investment in Fujian was stated briefly, stability and effectiveness were evaluated, the factors which affecting agricultural science and technology investment in Fujian were analyzed. And then the new mechanism of agricultural science and technology investment in Fujian was built up, last, policies and measures which holding the stable increase of agricultural science and technology investment in Fujian and fully excavating investment effectiveness were put forward.
