神阙穴隔药饼灸、单纯灸及灯光灸对胃黏膜损伤保护作用的对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比神阙穴隔药饼灸、神阙穴单纯灸、非穴点隔药饼灸及神阙穴灯光加热对应激性溃疡胃黏膜损伤的保护效应,以阐述神阙穴隔药饼灸的优越性及其发挥作用的效应因素。方法将54只SD大鼠随机分为6组,即空白对照组、模型组、神阙穴单纯灸组(单纯灸组)、神阙穴隔药饼灸组(隔药饼灸组)、非穴隔药饼灸组(非穴组)、神阙穴灯光加热组(灯光加热组)。采用水浸-束缚应激法(WRS)制备应激性溃疡模型。按Guth法计算胃黏膜损伤指数(UI),用激光多普勒血流仪测定胃黏膜血流量(GMBF),用放免分析法测定各组大鼠胃黏膜PGE2、TGF-α及CGRP含量的变化。结果神阙穴隔药饼灸及单纯灸组胃黏膜损伤指数均明显低于非穴组和灯光加热组(P<0.01);神阙穴隔药饼灸和单纯灸组胃黏膜前列腺素E2(PGE2)、转化生长因子(TGF-α)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、含量与非穴和灯光加热组比较有不同程度的增加,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),尤以神阙穴隔药饼灸作用最强。结论神阙穴隔药饼灸对应激性溃疡胃黏膜损伤的保护作用优于神阙穴单纯灸、非穴点隔药饼灸及神阙穴灯光加热,提示神阙穴隔药饼灸的保护作用不仅与艾灸的加热效应有关,还与穴位的特异性及艾绒与药物的作用有关。Objective Though comparing the protecting effect on gastric mucosal lesion between medicine-separated moxibustion, pure moxibustion and warm-up by light at Shenque, to prove superiority of medicine-separated moxibustion and discuss the action agents of moxibustion. Methods 54 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups： normal group, model group, pure moxibustion at Shenque group （pure moxibustion group）, medicine-separated moxibustion at Shenque group （medicine-separated moxibustion group）, medicine-separated moxibustion at nonpoint group （non-point group）, warm-up by light at Shenque group （warm-up by light group）. Each group （rats of normal group and model group were only bound in cage） was respectively pretreated by use of pure moxibustion and medicine-separated moxibustion as well as warm-up by light for 10 days. Then the rats （except normal group） were exposed to water restraint stress （WRS） for 12 hours. GMBF was measured by LDF flowmeter, the index of gastric mucosal lesions （UI） were evaluated grossly by means of Guth＇s methods, content of TGF- α , PGE2 and CGRP was examinated by radio-immunity method. Results The medicine- separated moxibustion at Shenque point has protective effect on gastric mucosal damage in rats. The protective effects of medicine-separated moxibustion at Shenque were superior to pure moxibustion at Shenque point and non-point group and warm-up by light group. Conclusions It could confirm the superiority of medicine-separated moxibustion related to the specificity of acupoint and the action of drug and dry moxa.
