摘　　要：目的观察雷公藤多苷对大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)黏膜免疫的影响。方法完全弗氏佐剂免疫大鼠,以雷公藤多苷治疗,观察大鼠黏膜免疫各项指标。结果雷公藤多苷可以改善AA大鼠病理改变,并调节AA大鼠的黏膜免疫功能。结论雷公藤多苷对AA模型大鼠有抗炎和免疫抑制作用。Objective To observe the effect of Tripterginum Wilfordii Polygiycoside （TWP） on mucosal immune of adjuvant induced arthritis （AA） rats. Method The AA and AA plus TWP models were induced by the immunization with complete Freud＇s adjuvant. The AA with TWP were fed with TWP. Mucosal immune change of rats is observed. Result The TWP can treated the pathological changes on the AA rats, and it can also adjust the mucosal immune of the AA rats. Conclusion TWP acted as suppressor of immunity and inflammation in AA rats.
