摘　　要：介绍了目前收取生活垃圾处理费的几种主要方法,并对此进行了分析、比较,在此基础上提出了收取生活垃圾处理费的水消费系数法,即依据不同水消费群体的单位水消费量与生活垃圾产生量之间的规律测算其垃圾产生量及应交纳处理费金额,以供水收费系统为平台一并收缴垃圾处理费;并附以实例加以说明该方法的优缺点。Main methods of levy domestic waste treatment fee were introduced, analyzed and compared. Water consumption coefficient method for levy domestic waste treatment fee, or calculating waste output and charging amount according to the law between water consumption and waste output of different water consumption groups, and levy waste treatment fee based on water supply charging system was proposed. Advantage and disadvantage of the method were illustrated by practice examples.
