摘　　要：法医鉴定是公安机关办理伤害案件的重要依据,也是引起公安机关上访量增多的主要原因。从一些因法医鉴定引发的上访案件看,我们可以从法医鉴定人、办案民警、上访人及法医鉴定的外部环境四个方面分析引起上访的原因,并据此提出相应的对策。Forensic medical appraisal is. the important gist for public security organs to deal with assault cases and also the main cause of the increase in the number of appeals against public security organs. According to some appealing cases caused by forensic medical appraisal, we can try to analyze the reasons of appeal and put forward some countermeasures from the following four aspects： the forensic medical appraiser, the police officer handling the case, the appealing person, and the external environment of the forensic medical appraisal.
