摘 要:胜利油田大都已进入注水开发的中后期,油井含水越来越高,原油成本逐年增加。封堵注水井的大孔道是控水稳油的重要措施,封堵剂的选择也越来越重要。以细煤灰为主剂的ZGR型封堵剂适用于胜利油田的注水井封堵,平均注水压力从6.6MPa上升到10.3MPa;视吸水指数由封堵前的40.5m3/(d·MPa)下降到封堵后的38.2m3/(d·MPa);水井的平均压力指数由3.5MPa上升到6.4MPa。压力指数的大幅上升,说明了这些区块的高渗透带或大孔道得到了有效的封堵,现场应用效果好。Water injection has been in the mid and late period in Shengli Oil Field, water-bearing rate in oil well is higher and higher, the cost of oil production is increasing. Plugging large pore in water injection well is the most important measures, and choice of plugging agent is getting more important. According to these features in Shengli Oil Field, a plugging agent ZGR is developed, which is used in water-injection well plugging. The average injection pressure has risen from 6.6 MPa to 10.3 MPa, water injectivity index has fallen from 40.5 m^3/(d· MPa) to 38.2 m^3/(d·MPa), average pressure index has risen from 3.5 MPa to 6.4 MPa.These results show that the high porous belt or large pores in these blocks are plugged well and a good in-situ application has been got.
