增产丙烯LOSA-1助剂的工业应用

摘　　要：为了解决丙烯原料的短缺问题,中国石油化工股份有限公司荆门分公司在重油催化装置上使用了基于ZSM-5B择型分子筛的LOSA-1助剂。5个月的工业应用表明,使用LOSA-1助剂后,丙烯原料产率平均增加了1.29%,丙烯潜含量增长了1.55%,烃产率增长了2.97%,平均每天增产丙烯28.19t。In order to solve the shortage of propylene raw material, the LOSA-1 promoter based ZSM-5B molecular sieve was used in RFCCU of Jingmen Petrochemical Co., Ltd., SINOPEC. The application results of LOSA-1 after five months showed that the average propylene yield increased 1.29%; the content of propylene in LPG went up 1.55%; the hydrocarbon yield rose 2.97% and the output of propylene per day increased 28.19 metric tones.
