摘　　要：根据乙烯三聚制1-己烯的工艺特点和物料特性,提出了气体直接进入反应器,气体溶解于溶剂中进入反应器,部分溶解、部分直接进入反应器的3种进料工艺方案。从投资和能耗的角度对3种方案进行了优化比较,最终确定了气相直接进料的工艺方案。Based on the characteristics of material and process making 1-hexene by tri-polymerization of ethylene, 3 kinds of feasible ethylene feeding processes were put forward including gas-phase feeding, gas solved in solvent feeding and partly solved feeding. The energy consumption and capital investment of the three processes were analyzed and compared, the gas-phase feeding process was determined finally.
