高效液相色谱法测定复方克霉唑霜中克霉唑和盐酸达克罗宁含量

摘　　要：本文用高效液相色谱法在ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８柱上，以甲醇－ｐＨ３．６的缓冲液（含０．０１５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的四丁基溴化铵）为流动相，在２８０ｎｍ和２３７ｎｍ处分别测定了盐酸达克罗宁和克霉唑的含量。结果平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为：９８．９３％，１．０４％；９９．１２％，１．１５％。醋酸地塞米松及霜剂基质均无干扰。n this paper,a HPLC method was developed for the determination of clotrimazole and dyclonine hydrochloridein compound clotrimazole cream. The column used was YWG-C18 and the mobile phase was methanol-acetate buffer(pH 3. 6 contain 0. 015mol/L tetrahutyl ammonium bromide) (55: 45). The detect wavelengths were 280nm fordyclonine hydrochloride and 237nm for clotrimazole. The averfige recovery and RSD of five sirnulant samples were98. 93% ,1 . 04% for dyclonine hydrochloride and 99. 12%.1.15% for clotrimazole. The dexamethasone acetate andcream base did not interfere the deterrnination.
