摘　　要：目的:了解白血病患者健康知识掌握情况,为护理人员对患者实施全面有效的整体护理提供依据。方法:采用自行设计问卷调查表,对60例白血病患者进行问卷调查,收集资料进行分析。结果:本组健康知识得分35.64分,大部分老年人、低文化层次、初次化疗及病程较短的患者对健康知识掌握程度差,得分均<25分。结论:护理人员应加强对白血病患者的健康教育,特别是对文化层次低、年龄较大及初次化疗、疗程较短的患者,增加患者自我护理知识,提高自我护理能力,进而提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To learn the command of health knowledge of patients with leukemia so as to provide the basis for applying effective systematic nursing care for patients. Methods： Questionnaire investigation was taken to 60 patients and the data was analyzed. Results ： The command of health knowledge was marked 35.64 and the command of health knowledge was poor （ 〈25 marks） in the old, the less educated patients, the patients who had the first chemotherapy and had short course of disease. Conclusion： Health education should be promoted to the patients mentioned above in order to improve their living quality.
