摘　　要：目的:评估吻合器直肠黏膜环形切除固定术(PPH)在治疗直肠前突合并重度痔的临床应用价值。方法:利用吻合器对22例直肠前突合并重度痔的患者行手术治疗。结果:手术时间平均15min,手术后平均住院5d,100%病人对手术效果满意。结论:吻合器治疗直肠前突合并痔是一种方法简单、安全有效、恢复快、痛苦少、无复发等优点的新方法。Objective. To evaluate the value of stapled prolasectomy in rectal convex and cocurrent hemorrhoid. Methods：Operation with stapled prolasectomy was performed in 22 patients with coexistance of rectal convex and hemorrhoid. Results： Average time of operation and hospitalization were fifteen minutes and five days ,respectively. All patients were satisfied with the operational effect. Conclusion ：This new technique is characterized by Iimplicity,safety,effectiveness,early recovery,less pain and relapse.
