摘　　要：介绍了原油输送调度计划系统的组成、模型结构及特点,举例说明了计划日期滚动专家系统规则的编写思路。使用该系统制定的原油输送调度计划,可以在满足约束的条件下,减少输油切换次数,降低输油成本,提高输油效率。This paper introduced composition, model structure and characteristics of the crude oil transportation schedule system, and also illustrated the design ideal of specialist system rule of schedule rolling. The schedule made by this system can reduce oil transportation transfer rate, decrease costs and increase efficiency of crude oil transportation under conditions of constraint.
