摘　　要：铝管换热器在使用过程中,由于冷却水侧铝管发生早期腐蚀,影响了换热性能。对25台段间铝管换热器进行检测、维修,分析了导致冷却水侧铝管腐蚀的原因,提出了加强水质处理、采用合金铝管、改善折流板条件的解决方法。The aluminum tube heat-exchanger was usually impaired because the aluminum tube on the side of cooling water was easily and early corroded. This article analyzed reasons of the corrosion by testing and maintaining of 25 aluminum tube heat-exchangers, and provided countermeasures for anticorrosion including strengthening quality of water; using alloy aluminum tube and improving conditions of baffle.
