摘　　要：结合中国中小企业集群发展的良好状况,分析企业集群融资机制创新的逻辑,认为中小企业集群因为其深度根植于社会网络而部分地解决了资金短缺问题,加之社会网络支持下的集群供应链系统也缓解了集群企业的资金需求压力,两者的共同作用使集群内企业得到相对比较充分的金融支持,最终使企业集群获得了快速、健康的发展。It is common in China that SMEs（small ＆ medium-sized enterprises） face financing dilemma. How can SMEs in enterprise cluster solve the problem of capital shortage？ By analyzing innovation logic of financial mechanism of enterprise cluster and better actuality of cluster development, it discovers that deepness of embeddedness of social capital and supply chain system of cluster, which is sustained by social capital, can alleviate capital demand pressure of enterprises cluster together. The two can make enterprises gain relative abundant financial support. And in this way enterprises cluster will be developed more healthfully and rapidly.
