对固网运营商发展新业务的思考

摘　　要：文章从5个方面深入研究了宽带应用、VoIP、IPTV、电信增值、系统集成等新业务,认为固网运营商要改变传统观念,积极与宽带内容提供商、影视软件商、系统集成商合作,促成信息产业链的发展,使用户能够享受到丰富的内容服务;要重视VoIP的发展,及早做好准备,以减少其对传统话音业务的冲击;要面向中小企业客户,积极推出多种类型的信息化应用解决方案;要主动开展以IPTV为主的视频业务,通过IPTV等视频业务培育市场和满足用户需求;要积极争取3G牌照,努力在移动与固网融合业务的创新中,走出具有固网运营商自己特色的新路子。Based on the in-depth analysis of broadband application, VolP, IPTV, value-added service, system integration and other new services, the paper gives some suggestions to fixed-line operators： （1） Change ideas and actively cooperate with broadband Content Providers, movie and television software producers and integration system manufacturers to promote the development of information industry chain and provide subscribers abundant content services; （2） Pay attention to the development of VolP and be prepared in advance, in order to reduce its impact on traditional voice services; （3） Aim at small- and middle-sized enterprises and provide solutions to various applications of information products; （4） Actively launch video services while giving priority to IPTV, in order to foster the market and satisfy user＇s demands; （5） Make efforts to get the 3G license, and through the innovation of converging mobile and fixed services, try to make a new way to great success.
