海南省临高儋州2003年“11.26”特大潮灾调查分析

摘　　要：2003年11月26日晚至27日凌晨,海南岛西北部的临高县至儋州市沿海地区发生了一场严重潮灾事件,造成直接经济损失达2000多万元。本文对这次潮灾做了详细的调查分析,得出了发生潮灾的原因是该地区同时遭受长周期的天文高潮和冷空气的作用,导致过高水位在风浪作用下虾塘堤坝坍塌,酿成灾害。A serious tide disaster had occurred on the coast of Lingao and Danzhou which lie in northwest of Hainan Island between evening on Nov, 26,2003 and morning on Nov, 27,2003. It brought out more than 20,000,000 （RMB） economic loss. On the basis of detailedly research and analysis of the disaster, the author had found that the high sea level caused by longterm astronomic high tide and cold air together in this region at the same time was affected by the stormy waves, which conduced to the disaster.
