三七对兔血糖双向调节作用的实验观察

摘　　要：目的观察三七粉对兔血糖的双向调节作用。方法将健康兔30只随机分为5组(每组6只):正常血糖给药观察组、低血糖给药组、低血糖未给药组、高血糖给药组和高血糖未给药组。每组取空腹血后,分别给予三七粉水溶液和生理盐水灌服,于30、60、120min取血,测定血糖含量。结果低血糖给药组给三七粉水溶液30min后血糖升高,与未给药组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);高血糖给药组给三七粉60min后血糖下降,与未给药组比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01);而正常血糖组给三七粉水溶液后对血糖无影响。结论三七对血糖有双向调节作用,既能升高血糖浓度,又能降低血糖浓度,而对正常血糖无影响。Objective To observe the effects of Pnax pseudoginseng on two- way regulating of blood sugar in rabbits. Methods Thirty healthy rabbits were randomly allocated to five groups （ n= 6, respectively） ： a normal blood sugar with medicine group, a hypoglycemia with medicine group, a hypoglycemia without medicine group, a hyperglycemia with medicine group and a hyperglycemia without medicine group. After the fasting blood was aspirated, the Pnax pseudoginseng solution and normal saline were filled in rabbits in each group, respectively. At 30minutes, 60minutes and 120 minutes after filling, the content of blood sugar were determined, respectively. Resuits In the hypoglycemia with medicine group, the blood sugar increased 30 minutes after the rabbits were filled with Pnax pseudoginseng solutin, in comparison to that in the hypoglycemia without medicine group, there was statistical difference, P〈0. 05. In the hyperglycemia with medicine group, the blood sugar decreased 60 minutes filling with Pnax pseudoginseng solution, in comparison to that in the hypoglycemia without medicine group, there was statistically significant difference, P〈0. 01. In the normal blood sugar group, the Pnax Conclusion Pnax pseudoginseng has two- way regulating function on blood sugar, pseudoginseng was ineffective. i.e. , it can increase the blood sugar level as well as decrease it.
