区域性轨道交通的理论基础浅析

摘　　要：世界经济的发展离不开交通，交通发展的根本动力来自于经济的发展。城际轨道交通，在国外称区域性轨道交通系统（Regional Rail System），指的是在经济发达、人口稠密地区城市间便捷、快速、大运量且衔接合理的公交化客运轨道交通。文章比较了区域性轨道交通与干线铁路、城市轨道交通的异同点，在此基础上分析了促进区域性轨道交通发展的社会基础、经济基础和环境基础，并介绍国内外区域性轨道交通的发展状况。The development of the world＇s economy cannot be separated from the traffic and the fundamental motive power for the traffic development comes from the economic development. The inter-city railway which is called the regional rail system in foreign countries refers to the passenger transport railway of the public transport nature featured by convenience, fastness, large traffic volume and rational linkage among the cities in the areas of developed economy and dense population. The article makes the comparisons of the regional rail system with the truck railway lines and the urban rail transit for the differences and the similarity and on which basis analyzes the social, economic and the environmental foundations for the promotion of the regional rail system development and introduces the domestic and foreign development situations of the regional rail system.
