摘 要:目前铁路货运能力短缺已影响到经济发展,200俾煤炭运输的紧张局面使铁路货运能力不足的问题更进一步凸现。加快新线建设是增加运输能力的根本出路,但需要较长的时间,而通过改革货运组织模式,调整货运站布局,实行货运集中他,可以进一步挖掘现有铁路设施的货运能力,在较短时间内提高铁路货运能力。国外在这方面已有成功的经验,现分析一些国家在铁路货运组织模式方面的改革及其对我国铁路货运的启示。The shortfall of the railway freight transport capacity at present has affected the economic development and the tense situation of the coal transportation in 2004 has further given prominence to the problem of insufficient railway freight transport capacity. It is essential to accelerate the new railway line construction, which however needs longer period of time. Nevertheless, the freight transport capacity of the current railway facilities can further tapped by reforming the mode of the freight transport organization, regulating the layout of the freight transport stations and centralizing the freight transport. The successful experiences of the foreign countries are available. Analyses are carried out on the reform of the mode of railway freight transport organization in some countries and the enlightenment to the railway freight transport in China.
