呼吸、肾病变兼型鸡传染性支气管炎的临床诊断和病原分离

摘　　要：杭州某牧场一鸡群发生具强烈呼吸症状的传染病,对病死鸡剖检见明显肾肿大、出血、花斑等肾病变,在临床初步诊断的基础上进行了病原分离及病原特性的初步测定,进一步证实该鸡群发生了具有明显呼吸症状及肾病变二种病型的呼吸、肾病变兼型传染性支气管炎。A severe resiratory infectious disease outbfeaked in a broiler flock in suburb of Hangzhou. Necropsy of dead birds showed severe riephrosis as oedema, haemorrhage and urolithiasis. etc. It was clinically diagnosed as avain infectious bronchitis, Primailv. The pathogen was isolated and characterized for propagtion,hemagglutination,pathogenicity and morphorism, etc The results suggested that the flock was infected by respiratory and nephrotropic avain infectious brouchitis.
