摘　　要：防患未然、未雨绸缪——在经济高速发展的今天，预防风险、确保安全已经被越来越多的人当作头等大事。因为只有将风险和隐患降低到最水，安全才能得到保障，人们所从事的事业才有可能取得更大的效益，对于担负轨道交通动输任务的机车车辆来说，及时发现设备故障和隐患，确保行车安全，则更是重中之重。There are two famous Chinese sayings＇ nipping in the bud＇ and ＇in fair weather prepare for foul＇. In the time of high-speed economic development, preventing risk and ensuring security have been increasingly regarded as two primarily important tasks. Here, we＇d like to introduce an expert who devotes himself to mechanical failure diagnosis for many years and has gotten ahead in the field. His research and correlative equipment have been widely used in the sector of Chinese railway transport to guarantee the security of passengers＇ lives and property. His name is Tang Deyao.
