摘　　要：大港发电厂技改工程安装两台强制循环汽包锅炉,机组启动前进行了化学清洗。清洗工艺为盐酸酸洗、柠檬酸漂洗、双氧水钝化。清洗完成后的检查表明,该清洗工艺非常成功,钝化效果完全达到了亚硝酸钠钝化的水平。Two controlled circulation boilers were installed in Dagang Power Plant technique updating engineering. Chemical cleaning was achieved before start of the boiler unit. The cleaning technology was hydrochloric acid cleaning, citric acid rinse, peroxide passivation. The result checking followed passivation showed the whole cleaning technology very successful, the passivation result came up to the level of sodium nitrite passivation.
