摘　　要：目的:观察孟鲁司特(商品名:顺尔宁)对轻中度哮喘患儿的疗效,并对其安全性及有效性进行评估。方法:对54例符合入选标准的哮喘患儿给予孟鲁司特治疗,观察其治疗前后的症状变化及肺功能情况。结果:顺尔宁治疗后哮喘患儿日间哮喘评分、夜间憋醒时间、喘乐宁吸入次数及肺功能均得到显著改善。结论:孟鲁司特可以用于轻-中度哮喘的单药治疗,替代吸入型糖皮质激素。Objective： To observe Montelukast＇s curative effect on mild-to-moderate childhood asthma and evaluate its safety and effectiveness. Methods： To treat with Montelukast fifty-four children suffering from asthmatics who meet fire selective standards, their symptoms were compared before and after the treatment, and changes of the lung functions were observed. Results： After treatment with Montelukast on children asthmatics, notable improvement was made on their daytime asthma grade, pee period during night, times of inhaling ventolin and lung functions. Conclusion： Montelukast can be solely used on mild-to-moderate children asthmatics in place of inhaled corticosteroids.
