摘　　要：对熔融石英质和铝碳质浸入式水口热震稳定性、洁净钢水、适用保护渣性能进行分析对比,并对影响其使用寿命、堵塞原因及其工艺效果作进一步的阐述。正确选择使用浸入式水口除与本身性能有关外,工艺操作条件也有一定的影响。The thermal shock stability, cleanness of molten steel and suitable protective slag function for fused quartzose and aluminious carbon submerged nozzle are analyzed and compared. The factors on influence of nozzle life,blocking reason and technique effect are furthur expounded.Selecting correctly the submerged nozzle is not only concerned with property of the nozzle but also the operation conditions.
