摘 要:通过对8个杂交组合的分析,证明谷子的抗旱性(反复干旱存活率)在F2变异很大,遗传变异系数平均为9.38%。变异呈连续性变化,分布曲线一般为向左偏移的高原状峰。基因效应以加性效应为主,也有一定的显性作用。抗旱性的遗传力较低,但是已超亲遗传十分明显,这对抗旱性的选择比较有利。Eight foxtall millet (Setaria italica Beauv) hybrid combination have been analysed.The result showed that drought resistance variation was quite large in F2 progeny. The avarage value of coefficient of genetic variability was 9. 38%, The variation appeared continous change and the distribution curve was plateau peak which inclined to left.Additive effect played an important role in gene effect. but certain dominate effect still existed. The heritability of foxtall millet drought resistance was rather low,While superparent genetic in F2 progeny is obvious ratio of 66. 0%, among them, 38. 3% appeared superhigh parent. These will be advantageous for drought resistance selection.
