摘　　要：由于塑料制品两外侧表面有侧凹,所以必须设计滑块进行侧向分型与抽芯,又由于是侧浇口,选用大浇口模架,所以决定采用类似于哈夫式型腔的弹压定模斜滑块结构,如何保证斜滑块配合精度和运动精度,是成型该塑件的关键。There are side-concave on the both sides of plastic products, so the parting and core-drawing by side of slider must be designed, and because of the side gate and using mold bases of large gate, the structure is defined as elastic pressed fixed half with slanting slider which is similar to Half cavity. Whilst, how to guarantee the fitting accuracy and running accuracy of slanting slider are the keys to the quality of the product.
