“906”生长调节剂对鸡腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：“９０６”生长调节剂除对鸡腹腔巨噬细胞随机运动功能的影响（１２．１９±２．６５）与对照组（１１．３±３．０１）比较差异不显著外，对鸡腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率（３５．３％），噬菌指数（１．６５±０．５）及Ｆｃ受体Ｅ花环形成率（３９．７％）与对照组（分别为２７．７％、１．２５±０．５、３１％）相比均差异显著，证明“９０６”生长调节剂对鸡腹腔巨噬细胞功能具有良好的促进作用，其作用机理可能与油菜素内酯有关。The effects of '906' growth regulator on the function of peritoneal macrophages (M ∮) in chicken were observed in the experiment.The M ∮ phagocytosis ratio (35. 3%),phagocytosis index (1. 65± 0. 5 ) and Fc receptor erythrocyte rosettle (39. 7 % ) in the test group showed more significant differences than the control group (27. 7%, 1. 25 ±0. 15, 31 %respectively),but there were no significant differences on M ∮ random migration between the test group (12. 19 ± 2.65 )and the control group (11. 31± 3. 01 ). The '906' growth regulator could improve the function of peritoneal M ∮ in chicken remarkably. It was concluded that the effects of the '906' growth regulator may be related with brassinolide (BR).
