摘 要:在种植高感锈病的甘蔗品种作为诱发行的条件下,应用锈病严重度级别、TVD+1受侵染面积的百分率及TVD+1的孢子堆数量等3个指标,衡量供试材料对锈病的抗性程度.结果表明,这3种评价方法结果相似,而第1种指标便于操作,切实可行.供试的15份材料中,福农85/2108高感,福蔗87/12感病,福蔗87/10和F134为中度感病。Under the field condition of planting high rust sensitive sugarcane variety as the infected source,the resistance to rust in the tested material was assessed according to the level of rust seriousness, the percentage of area infected in the top visible dewlap leaf(TVD+1) and the numbers of spore ball in TVD+1. The similar results were acquired by using these three indexes, but the level of rust seriousness was easier to use and was pratical. In all fifteen tested clones, Funong 85/2108 was high sensitive(HS), Fuze 87/12 was sensitive(S), Fuze 87/10 and F134 were middle sensitive (MS), the others including Tc209 and four subclones derived from sensitive variety were resistant(R) or high resistant(HR).
