摘  要:在1/2MT(无机盐减半)附加0.5mgL-1BA和0.2mgL-1NAA的BM1培养基上建立试管株系.在MT附加0.5mgL-1BA和0.1mgL-1NAA的BM2快繁培养基上,每45d继代一次可获得平均达6.3倍的增殖率.继代芽苗接种在含0.2-1.The explants were induced to grow as established clonal on a BM 1 medium containing 1/2 MT(Salt half), supplemented with 0.5 mg·L -1 BA and 0.2 mg·L -1 NAA. Nodes were removed from the shoots and subcultured on BM 2 medium containing MT, supplemented with 0.5 mg·L -1 BA and 0.1 mg·L -1 NAA. An average of 6.3 nodes were produced from each explanted node after 45 days culture. Nodal cultures were transferred to a medium containing 0.2-1.0 mg·L -1 IBA to improve root initiation on the developing plantlets.
