番木瓜的离体培养快速繁殖

摘　　要：在１／２ＭＴ（无机盐减半）附加０．５ｍｇＬ－１ＢＡ和０．２ｍｇＬ－１ＮＡＡ的ＢＭ１培养基上建立试管株系．在ＭＴ附加０．５ｍｇＬ－１ＢＡ和０．１ｍｇＬ－１ＮＡＡ的ＢＭ２快繁培养基上，每４５ｄ继代一次可获得平均达６．３倍的增殖率．继代芽苗接种在含０．２－１．The explants were induced to grow as established clonal on a BM 1 medium containing 1/2 MT(Salt half), supplemented with 0.5 mg·L -1 BA and 0.2 mg·L -1 NAA. Nodes were removed from the shoots and subcultured on BM 2 medium containing MT, supplemented with 0.5 mg·L -1 BA and 0.1 mg·L -1 NAA. An average of 6.3 nodes were produced from each explanted node after 45 days culture. Nodal cultures were transferred to a medium containing 0.2-1.0 mg·L -1 IBA to improve root initiation on the developing plantlets.
