苏云金素测定方法的研究

摘　　要：用黄色八叠球菌、金色微球菌、根癌农杆菌和萤光假单胞杆菌作指示菌，同时用家蝇幼虫作指示昆虫，对产苏云金素的４株苏云金杆菌发酵物的毒力进行了测定。结果表明，两种测定方法所获得的抑菌圈大小与校正死亡率成正相关，但微生物测定法要快速、省材。尤其是用黄色八叠球菌为指示菌的微生物测定法比用其它几种指示菌时所出现的抑菌圈要清晰、透明，容易测定。选用这一指示菌来测定苏云金杆菌所产的苏云金素是可行的。The antibacterial effect of the thuringiensin preparations in the microbiology assay by way of using the Sarcina flava,Micrococcus aureus,Agrobacterium tumefaciens and Pseudomonas fluorescens was compared with the toxic response of the thuringiensin preparations in the bioassay using the larvae of the housefly.The results showed that the antibacterial effect was correlated to the amount of the thuringiensin, Sarcina flava produced the most distinct zones of inhibition in all microbiological assays.Next was Micrococcus aureus.The microbiological assay of the thuringiensin by using Sarcina flava or Micrococcus aureus is easier and quicker to conduct than the bioassy of the thuringiensin.
