摘　　要：以皮革蛋白粉５０％或全部替代饲粮中的鱼粉，饲喂生长育肥猪，对其生长速度无显著影响，生长效率则以５０％替代鱼粉为佳。试猪血液生理生化指标测定和剖检结果表明，皮革蛋白粉在日粮中占３％以内，不会引起猪的健康和体内环境出现异常，也不会对猪肉品质造成影响。lt was reported that half or completely replacing the fi5hmeal of fattening pigs’feedstuff with leather protein meal made no significant effects on their growth rate,but con-sidering their growth coeffeciency, 50%of the substitution was better. Further more,the re-sults of anatomical determination of the tested pigs and the results of analying the physiologi-cal and biochemical index of their blood showed that 3%of the substitution in the dailh feedwould neither cause abnormality of pigs health and meat quality nor cause abnormality oftheir internal environment.
