摘　　要：通过不同基质对紫杉插穗生根率影响、不同肥料种类对紫杉生长量和生长状况的影响的研究与分析,得出了混合土层分层基质扦插生根率高、施用腐熟香油渣混合液苗木年生长量最大的结论,丰富了紫杉的快速繁殖技术。Analysis on effects of different mediums and fertilizers on cuttings rooting and seedlings increment of Taxus cuspidata revealed that： the highest rooting percentage was gained from mixed mediums by stratification, and the best annual increment appeared in the mixed medium with decayed dregs of sesame oil and soil.
