摘  要:本文对痛兴奋神经元(PEN)放电减少和痛抑制神经元(PIN)放电增加为镇痛效应,研究了脑室注射不同剂量催产素(OT)对大鼠丘脑束旁核(Pf)中PEN和PIN电活动的影响及作用机制。脑室注射不同剂量OT(0.05U,0.1U,0.2U/10μl)能使Pf中的PEN诱发放电频率出现不同程度的减少,PIN放电抑制时程缩短,有明显的剂量效应关系。OT的镇痛作用可能部分是通过同时影响中枢Pf中PEN和PIN的电活动,从而调制了痛觉信息的接受、传递和处理。The influence and its mechanisms of oxytocin(OT) on pain excitatory neuron (PEN) and pain inhibitatory neuron (PIN) in parafascicularis (Pf) was studied according to the discharging decrease of PEN and the discharging increase of PIN as analgesic effect. We found that the different dosages of OT administered intraventricularly.made electric discharges of PEN decrease in frequency,and shortened inhibitatory duration of electric discharges of PIN in Pf, which appears dose-dependency apparently. The analgesic effect of OT is in part the results of modulating reception,transmission and treatment of pain through influencing simultaneously on electric activity of PEN and PIN in Pf.
