低温灌洗Euro-Collins液保存兔肺的组织形态学实验研究

摘　　要：选用大耳白家兔7只,应用自制的4℃和10℃Euro-Collins液分别同时于左右肺动脉内灌洗,灌洗前主肺动脉内快速推注PGE_1。灌洗结束后于肺充气状态下分别切取左右肺,并迅速置于4℃和10℃Euro-Collins液中保存。分别于0,2,4,6小时取材,根据光镜和电镜检查判定组织活力,确定肺保存效果。结果衣明:低温灌洗Euro-Collins液保存兔肺的效果10℃优于4℃;低温灌洗Euro-Collins液保存兔肺的有效时限为4小时。We used 7 white rabbits in this experiment. Euro-Collins solution was used as per fusate. The right lung was flushed with 4℃ Euro-Collins solution and at the same time the left lung was flushed with 10℃ solution. Before flush,perfusion PGE1 was rapidly injected into the main pulmonary artery. After the completion of pulmonary flush perfusion, the right and left lungs were excised while the lungs were adequately expanded,and were stored in the 4℃ and 10℃ Euro-collins solution. The sequential lung specimens were taken immediately after excision ( 0 hour)and at 2,4,6 hours after preservation. We judged the activity of lung tissue with light microscope and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results showed that lung preservation with Euro-Collins solution at 10℃ is superior to that at 4℃ and the safe ischemic period of lung preservation with Euro-Collins Solution is limited to 4 hours.
