健康教育在原发性肾病综合征治疗过程中的作用

摘　　要：目的：探讨健康教育是否对原发性肾病综合征的治疗产生积极的有益的影响。方法：回顾性分析并比较观察组（开展健康教育后）和对照组（开展健康教育前）患者入院时和4周后的24h尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯变化的情况；临床症状改善情况；自投入激素治疗开始至尿蛋白≤1．0g／24h和尿蛋白≤0．15g／24h所用的时间；比较一年的复发率。结果：经4周治疗和护理后，两组患者临床症状均减轻和消失，观察组总有效率（91．2％）高于对照组（87．3％）：两组患者尿蛋白均减少，血浆白蛋白升高，总胆固醇、甘油三酯下降（P≤0．01）；在减轻蛋白尿、升高血浆白蛋白方而，观察组优于对照组（P≤0．05）；自投入激素治疗开始至尿蛋白≤1．0g／24h和尿蛋白≤0．15g／24h所用的时间，观察组少于对照组（P≤0．05）；一年内复发率观察组（7．0％）少于对照组（11．1％）。结论：开展健康教育可以使患者及家属熟悉有关疾病的知识，改善心理状态，使其行为发生正性改变，有效促进康复，缩短治疗时间，减少复发率，对原发性肾病综合征的治疗有积极的影响。Objective：To probe into the health education weather or not it has positive and profitable effect for primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods： 120 Patients were divided into control and test group, analysed and compared the changing status of 24h proteinuria. plasma albumin, total cholesterol and triglyceride before and after 4 weeks inhospital; to observe the mend matters of clinical symptoms,compared the recurrence rate in a year,and so on. Results：After 4 weeks,the clinical symptoms in two groups has all eviate and disappear, the test group was higher than control group;proteinuria has been eviate , plasma albumin has been elevation, total cholesterol and triglyceride has been lower. （p〈 = 0.01 ）the test group was excellen than the control group in eviated proteinuria and elevated plasma albumin;the recurrence rate in test was lower than the control group,and so on. Conclusion：Launch health education could make the patients and family members to know more knowledges, improve psychology status,promotin rehabilitation, reduce the time oftreatment and reduce the recurrence rate. so health education has positive effect to treat primary nephrotic syndrome.
