摘　　要：目的：探讨慢性精神病人在节日期间产生负性情绪的原因和护理对策。方法：对2001年1月～2003年12月在我院住院节日期间曾产生负性情绪的95例慢性精神病男病人的原因进行分析。结果：家庭、社会、个人、住院环境因素等是病人产生负性情绪的主要原因。结论：对出现负性情绪的病人做好心理护理，争取家属、社会支持，有利于疾病的转归和康复。Objective：To probe into the reason of exerted negative morale for chronic mental disorders during festival and holiday and its nursing countermeasures. Methods：95 man patients inhospital were given reason countermeasure. Result ：The main reason of exerterd negative morale was family ,social,self and environment factores inhospital et al. Conclusion：The best psychological nursing care, family members and social support were favourable to lapse to and rehabilitation for patients with exerted negative morale.
