双黄连体外抗解脲支原体试验及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：为了探索非淋菌性尿道炎（ＮＧＵ）更有效的疗法，对中药提取物双黄连进行了体外抗解脲支原体（ＵＵ）试验研究及临床治疗观察。体外试验采用药基法，即以ＵＵ液体培养基，将双黄连倍比稀释后进行培养观察。共观察临床分离的５０个菌株。临床上采用双黄连静脉滴注治疗６２例ＵＵ感染的ＮＧＵ患者，６０ｍｇｋｇ次，每日１次，１０次为一个疗程。结果：双黄连对ＵＵ的ＭＩＣ０．０５～０．４ｍｇ／ｍｌ，ＭＩＣ５０≤０．２ｍｇ／ｍｌ，ＭＩＣ９０≤０．４ｍｇ／ｍｌ。临床上一个疗程治愈率７８．０％，有效率８８．１％，病原学治愈率７８．０％。合并沙眼衣原体（ＣＴ）感染的７例中有４例治愈。副作用：有３例发生荨麻疹，除此未见其他副作用。双黄连体外试验对ＵＵ有显著抗菌活性，临床应用获得较佳疗效，副作用轻微。本品不但对ＵＵ感染有效，对ＣＴ感染亦有一定效果，值得临床上进一步研究。Inordertofindoutanefectivedrugtotreatnongonococalurethritis(NGU),westud-iedanti-Ureaplasmaurealyticum(UU)actioninvitroandtherapeuticefectsofShuanghuanglianinjec-tion,anextractofChineseherb.50strainsofUUwereculturedinaliquidmediuminwhichShuanghuanglianwasaddedindoublingdilutions.Clinicaly,Shuanghuanglianinjectionwasusedtotreat62patientswithNGUcausedbyUU,60mg/kg/day,fortendays.TheMICofthedrugis0.05～0.4mg/ml,MIC50<0.2mg/mlandMIC90<0.4mg/ml.Afteronecourseoftreatment,thecureratewas78.0%,theefectiveratewas88.1%andthebacteriologicalcureratewas78.0%.Fouroutofthesev-enpatientscomplicatedwithChlamydiatrachomatis(CT)werealsocured.Therewerenoothersideef-fectsexceptthreepatientsreportedtohaveurticaria.Itisworthytofurtherclinicaltrialwithmorepa-tients.
