摘　　要：目的探讨司法警察的个性特点与心理健康状态的关系,制定北京市司法警察的艾森克个性问卷常模。方法对北京市836名司法警察采用症状自评量表、自测健康量表、艾森克个性问卷进行调查并与国内常模比较。结果艾森克个性问卷P量表得分偏低,E、N量表得分偏高,L量表得分较均衡。症状自评量表、自测健康评定量表评分显示,一线司法警察心理健康状况显著低于二线,女性普遍好于男性;司法警察的精神质和神经质特征与症状自评量表各因子呈显著正相关,与自测健康量表子量表呈显著负相关;内外向倾向与效度量表相反,子量表与症状自评量表各因子均呈负相关。结论司法警察的个性特征倾向于外向,男性情绪趋向于不稳定,心理状况普遍较差,且与神经质和精神质特性有关;症状自评量表、自测健康量表、艾森克个性问卷调查结果可以作为北京市司法警察的常模使用。Objective To explore the relationship between personality features and mental health condition for judicial polices to make the norm of the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ） for judicial polices in Beijing. Methods 836 judicial polices of Beijing were investigated with the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL- 90）, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Self-rated Health Measurement Scale（SRHMS） and compared with national norm. Results From the EPQ, score of P scale was lower, E and N higher, and L more balanced. The SCL-90 and SRHS, mental health level of first-line polices was significantly lower than that of the second-line, the female better than the male; psychotisim and nervosity features were positively related to the every factor of the SCL-90 and negatively to the subscale of the SRHMS; introversion and extroversion were contrary to the validity scale, sub-scale was negatively related to every factor of the SCL-90. Conclusion The personality characteristic of judicial polices tended to extroversion, the male did to emotional irritability, mental health conditions were generally poorer and related to psychotisim and nervosity features; the results of the EPQ, SCL-90 and SRHMS could be used as norm for judicial polices in Beijing.
