摘  要:在国际上,人口在1000万以上的大都市都曾为交通问题所困扰。实践证明,城市轨道交通是解决这一问题的最佳方案。在国外,像纽约,伦敦,巴黎和东京这样的城市的轨道交通都很发达,一般在600至1000公里之间,每天运送旅客上百万人次,巴黎1000万人口,轨道交通承担70%的交通量;伦敦700万人口,轨道交通起主导作用;莫斯科,香港,轨道交通承担55%的客运量;东京轨道交通承担80%的交通量。那么,作为中国轨道交通大枢纽的首都北京,其轨道交通体系承担了多少的交通量呢。其地铁现状又是如何呢?为此,本刊记者实地走访考察了北京各大地铁线路。In the world, every metropolis with a population over 10,000,000 was or is troubled by transport problem. Many facts prove that urban railway transport is the best way to solve the problem. Cities, like New York, London, Paris and Tokyo, all have highly developed railway transport systems. In general, their total rail length is between 600 to 1000 kilometers, and is capable of carrying 1,000,000 passengers per day. Paris has a population of 10,000,000 and its railway transport takes on 70% quantity of passengers of the total; London has 7,000,000 citizens and its railway transport plays a dominating role on its urban transport. Railway transport systems in Hong Kong and Moscow bear 55% quantity of passengers. The number dses up to 80% in Tokyo. Then, as the biggest railway transport hinge in China, what's the number of Beijing and what's the existing situation of Beijing's subway? To seek the answers, our reporter sees about subway lines in Beijing.
