左上腹腹膜腔的矢状断面解剖学研究

摘　　要：切锯并观察了３６例躯干部连续矢状断层标本。结果表明：左上腹腹膜腔的连续矢状断面解剖有３种表现形式，左肝上后间隙与网膜囊之间隔以小网膜和胃底。讨论了经左肾矢状断面上腹膜腔的典型表现。To clearify the anatomy of the peritoneal cavity of left upper quadrant,36 sets of serial sagittal sections of Chinese adult cadavers were prepared and observed.The serial sectional anatomy of the peritoneal cavity of left upper quadrant on sagittal plane can be divided into 3 types.The posterior left suprahepatic space and omental bursa were clearly separated by the lesser omentum and gastric fundus.Moreover,in this paper the authors discussed and developed the sectional diagram of the peritoneal cavity on the sagittal plane through the left kidney.
