摘 要:用免疫组织化学PAP法,对第14~21d大鼠胚胎胰腺IAPP和Ins-IR细胞进行定位研究。结果显示,胚胎第14d胰腺内可见少数散在的Ins-IR细胞,未见IAPP-IR细胞;自胚胎第16d始,可见IAPP-IR细胞。经邻片比较证明,IAPP与Ins共存于胰岛B细胞内;随胎龄增长,IAPP和Ins-IR细胞相伴发育;同时在胰导管上皮细胞之间,出观察到共存的IAPP和Ins-IR细胞。本文还初步讨论了IAPP与Ins在大鼠胚胎胰腺内共存的生物学意义。The localization of IAPP -IR and Ins-IR cells in rat fetal pancreas from 14th day to 21st day of gestation were studied by immunohistochemical PAP method,The result showed that cells immunoreactive for Ins were demonstrated at the 14th day,which was scattered in a few number.From 16th day onwards IAPP-IR cells were seen in the fetal pancreas,and the colocalization of IAPP and Ins in the B cells as proved as compared with adjacent sections. IAPP-IR and Ins-IR cells developed meanwhile with age.In the same time it was observed that IAPP and Ins co-existed in epithelium of pancreatic ducts.The co-existence of IAPP and Ins in rat fetal pancreas were reported for the first time in the present study.The relationship and the biological significance of the above co-localization were discussed.
