摘  要:在-0.20 mm粒级用微波辐射-强磁选联合选矿工艺和单纯强磁选工艺进行对比试验.结果表明;前者比后者富锰效应更佳,一次锰产率提高20%达70%,给矿锰品位提高3.49%~7.70%达31%~36%,锰回收率提高5.08%~11.42%达82%~88%,且有一定降磷作用,给矿降磷率为10.71%~48.00%,但精矿磷含量没有降低,提示微波强磁联合选矿工艺在氧化脱磷方面仍需进一步研究.The experiment is to compare two different milling techniques of the Microwave Radiation Followed by High-intensity magnetic separation and Simgle high-intensity magnetic separation of high phophorus Manganese ore of the Qinlien in southern Shanxi, when the size of Ore is -20 mm. The result indicates that the former gives more concentration of Manganese than the latter. The yield rate of ore can be increased by 20 % to reach 70% ; The Manganese grade of Ore can be increased by 3.0%~7.7% to reach 31%~36% ; The recovery rate of Concentration of Mangqnese can be increased by 5 %~11% to reach 82 % ~88 %. and the combined techniques take certain effect of Dephosphorization. The dephosphorization rate of Ore is 10.71% ~48.02%. However, the phosphorus content of concentsate ore isn't decreased in rhe process. It is suggested that further reseaeh on Oxidational dephosphorization should be carried out by technology of Microwave-Magnet separation.
